Growth Cycle → Ask a questionWhile our preference is to secure the funding required to accelerate our growth plans, we recognise that the right investment partnership can take different forms.
We are open to discussing staged investment, milestone-based funding or participation from multiple strategic investors.
Our priority is not simply securing capital, but building relationships with investors who share our vision and can contribute experience, industry knowledge and valuable connections as we grow.
For us, the right partnership matters just as much as the investment itself.

From founder-funded development to an operating international property marketplace.
Slide’N Doors has been developed and launched through founder-funded investment, without relying on external equity fundraising. To date, approximately US$45,000 has been invested in developing and establishing the business.
This expenditure includes website and mobile application development, company incorporation and registration, domain and associated business costs, technical infrastructure, early-stage marketing, advertising and other operational expenses.
This investment has taken Slide’N Doors from an initial concept to a fully functioning international property marketplace, with a live website and dedicated applications available on both iOS and Android.
Slide’N Doors operates through Slide’N Doors Technologies Limited, a company incorporated and registered in Malta.
The company holds the Slide’N Doors business name, website, domain, software code, platform technology, databases, user data and associated intellectual property, subject to applicable contractual agreements and data protection obligations.
Wayne Johnson is the sole legal shareholder and founder of Slide’N Doors Technologies Limited, holding 100% of the company’s issued shares. The company has not issued equity to external investors.
Our technology development partner, CodeFlash Infotech, has a separate contractual economic participation arrangement with wayne johnson and his relevent shares relating to net profits and potential sale proceeds. This arrangement does not confer company shares, voting rights or legal ownership of the business.
Our approach has been to develop, launch and validate the platform before seeking significant outside investment. Founder funding has already supported the development of the core technology, mobile applications, international launch and initial market activity.
We are now exploring strategic investment to accelerate growth, expand property inventory, strengthen our technical capabilities, increase marketing reach and develop further automation and AI-powered functionality.
Our investment proposition is centred on accelerating an existing, operational platform rather than financing an unbuilt concept.
The marketplace is live and learning. The next focus is scalable inventory ingestion and more repeatable buyer acquisition.
